When you sign in via Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider. We do not store your OAuth tokens beyond what is necessary for authentication.

Analytics data

When our tracking script is installed on your website, we collect the following data about your visitors:

• Page URL and referrer
• Browser type and device category
• Country (derived from IP address — the IP itself is not stored)
• Session duration and pageview count
• UTM parameters if present

We do not use cookies or fingerprinting to track visitors across sites. No personally identifiable information about your website visitors is stored.

• To provide and operate the Service
• To display analytics dashboards for your sites
• To calculate and enforce usage limits
• To send transactional emails (e.g. billing, account notices)

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Analytics data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete a site or close your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Google OAuth / GitHub OAuth — for authentication
• Stripe — for payment processing (we never see your full card number)
• Vercel — for hosting and edge functions

7. GDPR and Privacy Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@getsleek.io. We will respond within 30 days.

Because Sleek Analytics does not use cookies or store visitor IP addresses, it can be used in a GDPR-compliant manner without a cookie consent banner for the analytics script itself.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
